Controls in toolbox of Visual Studio 2015 for android .axml

I just installed everything and trying to follow this tutorial: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn879698.aspx
But my toolbox (when entering .axml file from android project) is empty. How can add android controls in to toolbox?

Ok fixed.
I had to run adroid sdk update and then again one more time (it was updating one subversion each time).

What I did was "repair" my Xamarin installation from Programs and Features.
