Designer View Not Work!

Hi,
I install visual studio community and Xamarin, Android SDK and...
When I create a new app solution VS can't show designer view and always show this error screen:

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
