Apple Watch app hangs at launch

OnurHazarOnurHazar USUniversity ✭✭✭

Hello, I am getting an error after deploying my watch app, its showing an indicator and spinning forever at launch. Sometimes, cleaning projects and restarting the simulator helps (which I think this isn't the issue) and app launches but its an unstable situation that prevents me testing my code for watchOS in Xamarin. I am using the latest version of Xamarin. I unchecked the features "Enable incremental builds", "Enable device-specific builds" on both projects iOS/WatchApp/Extension.

I am still struggling to debug my apple watch project. I am using the latest Xamarin version. Sometimes changes are not affected properly(even I remove the check "device specific build" option) and it keeps hanging on watch simulator.

I think its occurred when I put debug breakpoints. Without putting debug points and cleaning projects would fix the problem temporarily. After launching the app, put breakpoint where you want. I should admit that debugging becomes a cumbersome process because you are not allowed to debug the parent app while debugging the watch app.(Not allowed to attach to process)
