Why may command stop creating IPA & dSYM?

in bash i use script to build

xbuild /p:Platform="${PLATFORMIOS}" /p:Configuration="${CONFIGURATION}" /t:Build  /p:BuildIpa=true /p:SolutionDir="${SOLUTIONDIR}/" /p:OutputPath="$BUILDDIR/" ${CSPROJIOS}

and this command stopped to generate *.ipa and *.dSYM

    I was under the impression my build process had stopped creating IPAs as well. In reality, it appears that IPAs have been changed to output into a Date Time stamped directory. Take a look in your bin for a directory with the date and time of the build, your ipa should be in there.

    When i run this command in CL i don't get ipa&dSYM at all
    but when i build from Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio i get ipa in timestamped folder
