Opening a RTPclient: {System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Access denied

Hello,

I have the RTPClient from "Managed Media Aggregation" in my solution, which should use an existing and working SIP Connection to open a RTP Connection.

I always get this exception on my android 5 device connected to my pc with usb for testing.
I am using visual Studio 2015 with Xamarin 4.0 for building and Debugging.

Errorcode 10013
"Access denied"

How can I solve this Problem?

Thanks a lot,

Eric
