In a page I have a grid with one column and several rows. Some are *-height rows, one row with "Auto" height contains a horiz. StackLayout with 2 Labels in it, both of the same fontsize. I set up some periodic process which updates the text of only ONE of the two labels each 200 ms. After each text change the OnSizeAllocated of the MainPage is invoked, always with the same size as before.
Isn't that unnecessary ? Because the height of the grid row (the stacklayout) does not change, as the text of the other label is never changed. (However if this OnSizeAllocated does not relate to a new layout calculation, I would not care about it...)
