How do I turn Touch ID into an RSA 2 Factor Key token?

The title is a little misleading, but I see the possibility to turn an iOS device into a 2 factor authentication device that compares to RSA. In this scenario, the private key is stored in the secure element.

To prevent a thief from taking advantage of the phone, there needs to be an invalidation process that occurs if a finger is enrolled/unenrolled. This feature exists in iOS 9.x and the Objective C source code is in the link below

Is anyone adept enough to port this code to C#?
