How can I call java library .jar in IOS app through Objective C.

I am using Xamarin for developing my IOS App.
I have a java library .jar which i am using in my Android project. Now I want to use the same .jar file in IOS app by calling the .jar file from Objective C.
As I don't want to write two different libraries one for android and one for IOS.
So, I there a way to use the same .jar file in Android App and IOS. If there is a way what are the steps I have to follow to achieve this.

You're going to need a Java runtime somehow in your app. Have you figured out how that's going to work?

If you can get it to work in an Objective-C app then all you have to do for Xamarin is create a binding library for it. Focus first on seeing if you can do it from Objective-C.

Also, keep in mind that you're not allowed to JIT in an iOS app. That may be a problem.
