Force Studio to be in English

I just installed Xamarin Studio, but the menu is in my native language (Czech).
I want it in English. To say the true I hate localization of developers tools, error messages etc.

You should be able to set your preferred language for the UI in Preferences - Environment - Language.

On Windows 10 even if is set English as environment language Xamarin Studio show my computer language (Italian). If I change the language to another (such as Spanish) it work correctly but if I turn back to English the IDE are in Italian again but not all menù label. For example "Build All", "Rebuild All", "Clean All" are not translated but "Build {Project Name}", "Rebuild {Project Name}", "Clean {Project Name}" are translated in Italian

Maybe it's a bug due to Windows 10?

I also encounter the same problem => I'm not able to switch from french to english.
This problem appeared when I updated my system to Windows 10.

@Picco @FredJolidon - I can reproduce this when I have installed the French language pack. I have opened a bug on bugzilla for this problem. You can add yourself to the email cc list if you want to be updated when this is fixed.
