Divide xamarin studio editor into two columns

In visual studio there's a good feature: you can split editor window vertically, horizontally, so you can see and edit multiple code files in its own splitted area. Is that possible in xamarin studio?

That's not currently supported, but we may add it in the future.

Any news on this one? I've got a huge chunk of a nice 27" iMac screen going to waste. ;^)

(Okay, admittedly, currently I've got XStudio & Sublime splitting it right now, both editing C# files. But a split XStudio would be much better.)

We heard that request and implemented it :)

Get the 5.2 version from the alpha channel and drag & drop your code files around.
