Bug: NullReferenceException trying to select Android Device Target

After I launch an Android Emulator via Xamarin Studio -> Project -> Android Device Target -> Manage and then select it, I get a messagebox popup with the following error. I also tried selecting a real android device same error. This makes me unable to use Xamarin Studio for Android development right now :-(

Xamarin Studio version is 4.0.4 (build 2).
