Default Build Action for custom file

Hi All,

following this tutorial I'm trying "to teach" VS to use a default build action for certain files included in iOS and Android application projects.
http://blog.andreloker.de/post/2010/07/02/Visual-Studio-default-build-action-for-non-default-file-types.aspx

I'm trying with Android app projects but with no luck. Here the content of my .pkgdef file.
(The Android app project guid id type is taken from the Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Xamarin\Xamarin\3.7.226.0\Xamarin.VisualStudio.Android.pkgdef file)
