Huawei phones google play store problem-conflict

I am seeing in my appcenter logs In App purchases exceptions for Huawei phones that they cannot connect it. it makes sense while they dont have google play store but i wonder how in the first place my app is getting installed into those phones because i have only published on Google play store. Is there a way to determine this?
