Is there an API that allows to integrate Video Calls in Android, IOs and UWP?

Hello, I want to know if there is an api that allows me to integrate videocalls in xamarin forms, but at least it does it for Android and UWP. Does anyone know of one? I have seen platforms like Twilio, Comechat and OpenTok, but none of them integrate Android, IOs and UWP at the same time? Is it possible?
