Does XF post iOS accessibility notifications for us, or do apps have to do it explicitly?

When supporting screen readers in a Xamarin.Forms app, for iOS, do apps need to explicitly post any of

  • UIAccessibilityPostNotification.LayoutChanged
  • UIAccessibilityPostNotification.PageScrolled
  • UIAccessibilityPostNotification.ScreenChanged

when doing things such as changing IsVisible, using a ScrollView, pushing a new NavigationPage etc?
Or does Xamarin.Forms take care of these notifications for us?
