Hide the keyboard on Entry focus event

Yusuf_AYusuf_A Member ✭✭

Hi
I want to hide the keyboard when i click on Entry
I was able to do this by set **IsReadOnly ** property to true
Now I want to launch an event when I click on **Entry **

I used this code, but I don't want to disable the control
~~~.
        <StackLayout>
                        <Entry x:Name="myEntry" IsEnabled="False"/>
                        <StackLayout.GestureRecognizers>
                            <TapGestureRecognizer Tapped="TapGestureRecognizer_Tapped" NumberOfTapsRequired="1">
                            </TapGestureRecognizer>
                        </StackLayout.GestureRecognizers>
                    </StackLayout>
~~~

Thank you in advance.

    There should be a Focused Event for the Entry, but your Entry need to be in enabled state:

    <Entry x:Name="myEntry" Focused="myEntry_Clicked"/>
