Where does Xamarin.UITest.Repl() get Android SDK Path from?

Piggy backing on this question - - his fix does not work for me

Where does Xamarin.UITest.Repl() get Android SDK Path from? When Repl launches it give this error message - I'm 99% sure it's due to the ending quotation mark in the path - but all paths (visual studio, android studio, environmental variable) do not have the ending quotation mark

Android SDK Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk"
Full log file: C:\Users\redacted\AppData\Local\Temp\uitest\log-2020-03-28_10-26-04-538.txt
Error creating directory info from path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk""

Exception: System.ArgumentException: Illegal characters in path.

I've tried changing the directory name and updating the environmental variable, and even creating a symlink to that directory and pointing all android-sdk paths and environmental variable to it - still no luck

Here's my environmental variable

C:\Users\redacted>echo %ANDROID_HOME%

Where is this value pulled from? How can I update this and remove the ending quotation mark? I am using Xamarin.UITest version 3.0.7
