I'm trying to find out how to enable fast scrolling in iOS but I only come across samples for Android, can you please let me know if this is possible?
There does not seem to be any preset Xamarin way to enable fast scrolling like you can with Android. Fast Scroll seems to be a new to native iOS as of iOS 13, so it makes sense why it wouldn't be a preset configuration.
A custom renderer can be made to imitate the behavior of fast scroll or even possibly target the native functionality. I would need to look more into this for that.
Otherwise, I found this cocoapod library that creates a control for this with collectionViews and tableViews. Creating a binding project to bind this library to your Xamarin project could allow you to use this functionality for iOS.
Docs on Binding Cocoapods (w/ Objective Sharpie):https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/cross-platform/macios/binding/?context=xamarin/ioshttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/cross-platform/macios/binding/objective-sharpie/examples/cocoapod
Thank you for helping me look into this
