Performance issue with Cocossharp

I've been trying to figure out this issue for a bit of time now.
After playing the game for several minutes, everything sort of stops for a brief moment. The more I play the longer the stops. It gets to a point where it won't do anything for more than a minute.

I use several RunActions at the same time. Some update the timer size, some update the score size and position and some move a few pieces around.
I don't think this is very much that is happening at once but like I said, after a few minutes, all "animations" stop.

I tried removing most of the RunActions but it still runs into the same problem.

Has anyone run into issues like this before?

Is there a way to display the game stats on the screen such as memory and FPS to see if I can spot when the issue starts to happen and whether it is memory related?
