Exactly what type of project is it? Android Application? Android Class Library? PCL?

If it's a PCL, you can't add Mono.Android to it. If it's and Android Application or Android Class Library, it should already have it.

I am trying to build this Android PCL with a core and a android application project: https://github.com/Redth/WshLst I follow the steps and I still get the same errors, some forums say to delete and add the reference again I try to do that but it did not work out.
