How to load a CCSprite from iOS Resources folder

I have a bunch of images that's in both our iOS and Android projects that are used in Xamarin Forms. We want to be able to load these images into a CCSprite in our Cocossharp game.
We can load the images just fine from the Content/Games/Images folder but can't figure out how to also access the images from the Resources folder in iOS and Resources/drawable folders in Android.

We don't want to move the images from the Resources folder to the Content folder since they're used throughout the app.
