I am stuck while publishing my ios app

i am stuck on publishing my app on App store.
it has been 5 times & every time people there delay for reply (between 24 and 48 hours). More over, every time re-ask for something else

I am confused with the last review..

What this means:

Guideline 2.2 - Performance - Beta Testing

Your app appears to be a pre-release, test, or trial version with a limited feature set. Apps that are created for demonstration or trial purposes are not appropriate for the App Store.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please complete, remove, or fully configure any partially implemented features. Additionally, remove all references to "demo," "trial," "beta," or "test" in your app description, app icon, screenshots, previews, release notes, and binary.

Resources

If you would like to conduct a beta trial for your app, you may wish to review the TestFlight Beta Testing Guide.

Please see attached screenshots for details.

Does your app say anything about being a demo, beta, trial or test? Any text like that on any of the screens or icons or images? Check your uploaded screenshots too.

Do you have any functionality that pops up a message that says not yet complete, or buttons that don't appear to do anything?

@XAMARINROCK iOS App store has its own rules. Have you read App Store Review Guidelines: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/?
Pay more attention to these items in that documentation, maybe it's your issues:

    • 2.9 Apps that are "beta", "demo", "trial", or "test" versions will be rejected.
    • 2.13 Apps that are primarily marketing materials or advertisements will be rejected.
    • 3.2 Apps with placeholder text will be rejected.
