xamarin-component.exe Error while creating component

Trying to create a component having such commandline

xamarin-component.exe create-manually DBreeze-component.xam --name="DBreeze" --summary="Add a huge amount of awesomeness to your xamarin apps." --publisher="" --website="" --details="" --license="" --getting-started="" --icon="icons/DBreeze_128x128.png" --icon="icons/DBreeze_512x512.png" --library="android":"bin/DBreeze.dll"

and get error

How to solve that?

Another question:

If I have xml file with documentation for DLL, how should it be included into component?

Try changing name from "DBreeze-component.xam" to "DBreeze-1.0.xam" where 1.0 is version You would like to submit. I think utility expects the part after last dash to be version.

I just tested and format is componentname-N.N.xam, so remove "-component" from the name.

    So: "DBrezee-1.0.xam" this should help.

    Update (after few more tests):

If your component is named "DBreeze-component" then file name should be DBreeze-component-1.0.xam and icons should be

    • DBreeze-component_128x128.png
    • DBreeze-component_512x512.png
