Project naming cause error in assembly reference for Android.Support!

I have a VS solution with multiple Class Libraries in it with a naming convention like, Proj.Data, Proj.Bus etc..
Now when I create a new Android project with the same naming convention as Proj.Android, then it's giving me the following error
"the type or namespace Support could not be found" on line

Android.Support.V7.Widget.Toolbar toolbar = FindViewById<Android.Support.V7.Widget.Toolbar>(Resource.Id.toolbar);

or wherever the Android.Support is calling.
But when I create a project with the name Android.xxx or any other name except the convention (Proj.xxx) I'm using for my other project in the solution, then it's not giving the error any more.

Why it's happening? What's the wrong with my naming??

    the type or namspace Support could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

    You could collect diagnostic build output and share it with us as a file attachment or gist link.

    If you could provide a basic demo to reproduce this issue that would be really appreciated!
