Accomplish a Scrollable 2D Map

I've been searching and looking at examples of SkiaSharp, and I don't know exactly if I can do what I need with it.
I want to have an interface that looks like a 2D Map as an image bitmap file, and is very large vertically, I want to be able to draw it on a canvas and add some image buttons to it (handle single touch events) but I want to use draw those buttons-icons dynamically. Is it possible to accomplish something like that with SKCanvas along with Scrollview? I haven't found any examples so far... and getting really confused, If you know exactly where to direction me I will be grateful.

If you want to draw those buttons-icons dynamically ,you can use the SKCanvas.DrawPoint Method to draw a point on the bitmap .For more detail you can refer to (https : //docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/skiasharp.skcanvas.drawpoint?view=skiasharp-1.60.3#SkiaSharp_SKCanvas_DrawPoint_System_Single_System_Single_SkiaSharp_SKColor_)
