Android App crash missing /lib/arm64/

We are developing an SDK to help do basic app tracking when dealing with Push Notifications. We are receiving the error message below when the app is force closed. It looks to be trying to restart the afterwards. When looking at the APK, i don't see an arm64 option only a arm64-v8a. I also don't see an option in VS to add that as a target.

Any ideas of how to trouble shoot this or fix it?
