When hit the Start Debug button from Visual Studio, it deploy and start App automatically, like tap the App icon behavior.
But I want to Start Debug when click on a Notification, I stuck here

My AppDelegate
                    public override bool FinishedLaunching(UIApplication application, NSDictionary launchOptions)
                    {
                        if (launchOptions != null)
                        {
                            // I want to step on this line
                            var x = "something";
                            ......
                        }
                        return true;
                    }

I do search from Google, look like there still no option to do this on Visual Studio.
Hopefully i missed something.

Any ideas are appreciated,
Thank you.

    I am also facing this issue, the launchOptions always turn out to be null. I tried to implement through the RecieveLocalNotification delegate method, and was able to retrieve the tap, but the app crashes when the app is starts.
    I found a solution , which is to implement the CompletionHandler in the delegate method, but I am unable to implement it.If you found a solution to your problem, kindly share it.
