How to programmatically set the placeholder color for a disabled Entry on UWP?

Can anybody tell me please how to specify the color of the placeholder for an Entry that is disabled on UWP?

I know I can workaround it by placing another View over the top of the Entry, but it would be useful to do it "properly" in a custom Entry renderer.

Thanks @JoeManke - that was enough info to get it working. However, I've replicated the whole of the FormsTextBoxStyle to do it. Short of cloning an existing style's hierarchy, checking for one storyboard that wants replacing whilst doing so, and plugging in an alternative for that one storyboard into the clone, is there a way of replacing a single storyboard deep in the hierarchy at run-time?
