What is the best approach to implementing finger painting in a Xamarin.Forms app?

I am developing an application that will allow users to annotate/draw on top of an image they take and then save it as one image (with the drawings overlaid on top of the image). I have been doing some research regarding how to proceed, and have found a few options:
SkiaSharp, CoreGraphics, or something self-implemented that mimics the SignaturePad nuget package.
Has anyone had success with any of these/any alternative approaches?
