2nd EventListener won't receive touches (first one does)

I'm finishing my game on Android and iOS (recently published on UWP). I have an EventListener for the MainMenu and another for the game itself, but this one won't receive touches no matter what I do. I'm using CocosSharp 1.7 for Android/iOS and also for UWP with a modification found here that works perfectly.
I disabled the first one for testing purposes and added code to go directly to the game and this way the game EventListener works. Any ideas what's going on? I have CocosSharp source but I can't find any bug.
