AssetImporter from UrhoSharp Tools not working?

Im relatively new to UrhoSharp and Im currently trying to use some custom 3D models, I have, in my scene.
I downloaded the UrhoSharp.Tools nuget package and when I open the "AssetImporter_Win64.exe", it immediately closes again.
Isnt it supposed to stay open, so I can type in the commands?
Can someone explain me, how I can convert my .fbx files into usable .mdl files for UrhoSharp?
