Adjusted renewal... 10 months for the price of 12 - what gives?

I tried to buy an additional Android seat today from the Xamarin Store and got the following:
It has an "adjusted renewal" date which apparently suggests I have to renew the license on October 12th, meaning I have to pay full price for only 10 months. Is this a bug?
Could someone advise as I'm reluctant to complete the purchase until this has been clarified.

When was your original seat set to expire? I'm betting it was supposed to expire before October 12th. They usually extend the original one and adjust both to be renewed on the same date.
