There has been a somewhat long-standing issue impacting Android devices in the Test Cloud, preventing some of them from properly accepting
--locale settings. As of approximately January 16th, 12:00 PM UTC, a fix for this issue has been deployed. This fix was applied to the Test Cloud itself, so no changes should be required on your end.
If you've experienced issues where the locale failed to be set on Android devices for test runs around or before that point in time, please try rerunning your tests and the locales should now be correct on all the devices. If you are seeing Android devices fail to set locales in the Test Cloud after this point in time, please reach out to support:

If you use this link from the page of your affected Test Run, then our support team will automatically receive a link to the page and we can investigate the test in more detail. Otherwise please also include a direct link to the test run. It is not required to set the link to "shareable" when contacting support, since we have administrative settings to view your test run without you displaying it publicly.
