Which control is this?

In the above screenshot at the top of the screen there are images with text arranged in tab like format.

Is this a tabview or buttons arranged like that or images or some other control? I tried to do it with buttons but it doesnot give the same effect.

If it is a customized tabview, how to achieve it? I want the same look and feel as it is seen in the image.

Any links or code snippet would be of great help.

Thanks a ton in advance!!

Yes. You could use a tab-less NSTabView to contain your views and switch between them when the user selects from the NSToolbar. Or just change the content view of the window directly.

I just checked it from interface builder. You cannot drag it on the view.It gets placed outside the view.
