I will need to know how much data(bytes) is used when i call a URL in android. This is the code i am using right now
URL url = new URL("url_here"); HttpURLConnection connection = (HttpURLConnection)url.OpenConnection(); connection.Disconnect();
I only want to know how much data is used just for calling "url_here" . I tried to get the bytes by using TrafficStats.GetUidRxBytes(uid); but i keep getting the same values. Is it possible for me to know the average data being sent over a url?
Lets say i call the URL www.google.com, how much data will be sent just to call the URL without returning anything
