Can't debug/test app on WindowsPhone 10 device

I don't get it, I spent my all afternoon on it and it still doesn't work. I am working by debugging in x86 (so Local Machine) but when I am trying with my phone (Device), it throws a popup:

*Install an emulator or connect a device to debug and test Windows Phone apps using this computer

To install an Emulator, click install...*

When I do click on [INSTALL], it crashes...

DEP6100: The following unexpected error occurred during bootstrapping stage 'Connecting to the device '30F105C9-681E-420b-A277-7C086EAD8A4E'.': Win32Exception - The system cannot find the file specified [0x80004005]
DEP6200: Bootstrapping failed. Device cannot be found. SmartDeviceException - Deployment failed because no device was detected. Make sure a device is connected and powered on. [0x80131500]

Do you have any idea? Both my Mac OS (BootCamp Win 10) and my Device (Lumia Win 10) has the latest version of Windows 10
