After upgrading, I am downgraded to Starter

I'm a business customer and am no longer able to target iOS devices since upgrading. This is mission critical, how can I reinstate my activation?

I am currently also unable to contact any support staff via the website. Perhaps this is related, but I haven't previously needed to contact support, so it's hard to say.

Checking for updates produced "up to date". Attached version details.

    This is resolved. My license had, in fact, expired. A little warning would be good next time. I'm not managing the license myself and was suddenly unable to build.
