Xamarin Dropbox CoreApi not working after Dropbox switched off V1API support on 28.09.2017

Hi,
I was caught off guard on Friday when our application stopped working with Dropbox because I was using this component for a year and it worked flawlessly.

By looking around I found out that Dropbox deprecated V1 API support, Is there a chance to update this component to V2 API.

Thanks.

I have the same problem. It appears that the Xamarin Dropbox Core SDK is suppose to support v2 because it is using Auth2 authentication, which means you can link to you account, but every call after that returns an error with "v1_retired". I hope this going to get fixed soon because we have a lot of customers using our app.

SDKs for Xamarin supporting Dropbox API v2 can be found here:

    Xamarin.Android:
[edit] I Can't post links, but just go on cloudrail dot com and click on "Unified Cloud Storage"

    Xamarin.iOS:
[edit] I Can't post links, but just go on cloudrail dot com and click on "Unified Cloud Storage"

Both SDKs come from CloudRail and are thus being well maintained and tested. I hope it helps.

    Thank you, @DouglasMarsh.

The latest version of Dropbox SDK is now available for all to use freely.

Plz check it out here and report issues on GitHub here if any.

    Cheers.
