Tile map won't load after upgrade to IOS 11

Error: Failed to load the asset file from Tilesets/overworld.tmx, from Microsoft.XNA.Framework.Content (or so)

The Tile (software) file (.tmx) contains the following line inside:

This was all working in Android and in IOS prior to IOS 11 upgrade.
