Android folders VS4Mac Tools->SDK Manager

Error: The Android SDK could not be found, please set the path to it in the Xamarin.Android SDKs settings panel.

So I looked at VS4Mac->Tools->SDK Manager
I somehow lost my Settings of my Android (All Empty) new to all this so please be gentle, I am not a know it all

I need to know where i should repoint:
1) Android SDK
2) Java SDK
3) Android NDK

    the default locations are (but could be different on your system):

    SDK:
    /Users/yourusername/Library/Developer/Xamarin/android-sdk-macosx
    NDK:
    /Users/yourusername/Library/Developer/Xamarin/android-ndk/android-ndk-r13b
    Java SDK:
    /usr

    replacing yourusername with your actual user name. Your actual user name is the same as the name of your home folder.

    If not in those locations then you can run the installer for VS for Mac again, it should look for all of those for you.

    Well now I have 2 out of three with green checks:
    I did do the reinstall route. Then i needed Ios 11 SDK another issue I am resolving now.

    But my NDK I see and select but its check never turns green. I also lost all my emulator defs for droid?
