IOS Fluid Layout?

On Android, when you hide or show an element programmatically, it automatically resizes the rest of the content appropriately. I am trying to do something similar in IOS -- what is the best way to accomplish this?

The current use-case is that if a user selects a Checkbox, I want to show additional options for that checkbox right below that checkbox.

I can hack it using a Table View, I think, but that feels like a hack. Is there a better way to accomplish this type of design element?

Thanks in advance!
