Transferring ownership - have asked several times but nothing happening

I need to transfer ownership - I've clicked the button on Insights (under the appropriate account - not my james@microsec.co.uk account), and got the message that the support team will deal with it. But nothing.

What do I need to do to get this done? Nothing seems to be happening.

    A good reminder that I've heard diddly squat back. I'm a massive Xamarin supporter but am getting pretty pissed off with this.

    I need to transfer ownership!
